They had 4 sons and 3 daughters. Harmon passed away on August 20, 1906 and Phoebe then married Philander Campbell Gentry on April 3, 1909 in Putnam County, Tennessee. They were married by J.H. Dunn and their bond was signed by R.C. Gentry and J. T. Jernigan. Phoebe and Campbell did not have any children. Phoebe was widowed again when Campbell died in 1911. Her 3rd and final marriage was to Hiser Valentine Richardson on January 25, 1912 in Putnam County, Tennessee. They were married by J.W. Burks, J.P. and their bond was signed by W.H. Parkinson. Phoebe and Hiser did not have any children. I have not found any evidence that Phoebe Ann Richardson and her 3rd husband Hiser Valentine Richardson were related.

The Harris - Richardson Cemetery is located at 958 Elmore Town Road. The cemetery is about 400 yards off the road, along the right property line. In 2016 the property belonged to Justin Dishman. Putnam County Parcel #: 063 059.00
